RETURNS POLICY

We hope you are happy with your new purchase from YourCure but if you need to return your item it needs to be returned within 14 days from receiving your item.

YourCure will refund/exchange or give a credit note on below terms and conditions,

Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. We do not offer any returns on items washed, worn or used in any form.

Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs this will ONLY be covered by YourCure if you receive a faulty item.
YourCure will cover shipping exchange/replacement of faulty item.
We suggest when returning your item to use a delivery service that will insure your item with tracking.

Please allow 7 days for YourCure to receive your return before a refund/exchange or credit note is issued.

Please email us at support@yourcure.com.au with your request of a return/exchange/refund and reason for the request and we will email back within 24-48hrs to process your request.

If you receive a faulty item please email us at support@yourcure.com.au
A faulty item is considered as below,
Damaged upon arrival
Is not fit for use
Significantly different from our description and does not match our web site
Item does not have the correct measurements via our measurements link online this will not included incorrect size chosen

General wear and tear from using washing/neglect or misuse of instructions of care the item is not considered faulty.
